He pointed out that the first step in this direction is to increase virtual university courses. Dr Ghassemi, director of international relations at the University, also emphasized the success of the University of Sistan and Baluchestan in the last year to attract Afghan students to a positive view of the network membership, and noted that very productive and useful activities and programs can be used for this.
