Holding a meeting between the Network of Virtual Universities of the Islamic World and the Deputy of the Islamic Republic of Iran Radio and Television
This meeting was held on Monday morning, 09/07/2020, in the office of the network of virtual universities of the Islamic world. According to the CINVU (C.N.A) news agency, the meeting was held in the presence of Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of the Virtual Universities Network of the Islamic World, and Dr. Hamid Shahabadi, Deputy Voice of the Radio and Television Organization, and officials of the two centers. Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar, Secretary General of the Virtual Universities of the Islamic World, while welcoming and thanking the Deputy Voice of the Radio and Television Organization for explaining the mission of the network and the success achieved in the process of continuous action, said: We hope a new chapter with the approach of virtual education (OIC) with the Deputy Voice of the Broadcasting Organization in front of us. Najafi Barzegar stated: There are very good capacities in the Voice of the Radio and Television of Iran, which can be used in the virtual universities of the Islamic world in accordance with the field of culture, art and economy. Dr. Hamid Shahabadi, Deputy Voice of the Radio and Television of Iran, while thanking and appreciating the hosting of the Secretary General of the Virtual Universities of the Islamic World Network, expressed hope that the rich and effective capacities of the Virtual Universities of the Islamic World (OIC) in the field of science and culture And he benefited from the mission of the voice deputy. He continued: "We can take effective action in attracting and introducing foreign students and introducing them to scientific and academic centers in the country by providing favorable grounds and with the approval of the officials of the Islamic world and establishing offices in that country." He pointed out: "We must collect resources and information, identify the virtual universities of the Islamic world, courses, and provide students with an interest in making optimal, informed and purposeful choices." Najafi Barzegar said: "Although the corona virus caused obstacles on the way to the countries of the world, but the country's top universities were able to take advantage of virtual capacities and turn to new education." Also, at the end of the meeting, Dr. Hamid Shahabadi was appointed as a member of the High Strategic Council of the Virtual Universities Network of the Islamic World by a decree from the Secretary General of the Network.
